Day-of Coordination + EVENT DESIGN

This package is for the Pinterst-inspired couple who want guidance in creating and implementing the overall design, decor, and ambiance of the event. This d.i.y. couple have already secured their venue and hired all vendors, and just want help executing their vision on their wedding day. One of our planners will tie up all of the loose ends, and two of our planners will attend, oversee, and direct the event, handle your vendors, keep everything on time, and make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

  • Initial consultation    
  • Design meeting at venue with in-house florist and rental company representative
  • Final details meeting and walkthrough at venue (2-4 weeks prior to event)
  • Unlimited professional advice and guidance (including etiquette) via phone and email once contract is initiated



  • Provide Google spreadsheet for tracking and organization 
  • Create design concept, color scheme, and theme, from inspiration board to implementation in conjunction with in-house florist Gingersnap Florals (cost of flowers not included)
  • Facilitate ordering of flowers and rentals
  • Develop and maintain timeline (weekend and day-of)
  • Communicate with all vendors, including distribution of client-approved timeline 
  • Contact vendors for arrival times, and communicate venue’s procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
  • Work with officiant in coordinating ceremony
  • Communicate with DJ/musicians on ceremony cueing wedding party for processional
  • Work with DJ/musicians to establish timing for entertainment, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, etc.



  • Full wedding day with two coordinators (up to 10 hours of service, additional hours can be added for $200/hr)
  • Set up décor
  • Assist florist with centerpiece and décor placement
  • Assist with additional décor set up, including seating cards, menus, favors, sign-in book, gifts, etc.
  • Manage banquet staff and vendors
  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution
  • Direct ceremony processional
  • Assist photographer with formal family photos
  • Arrange signing of marriage license 
  • Lead and execute reception events (grand entrance, first dance, dinner, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, honeymoon/money dance, etc.)
  • Break down décor (last ones out)
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination is an add-on
