In addition to event planning and coordination, So Smitten Events offers service staffing for events. This service can be booked independently from planning and coordination. Our service staff solutions include wait staff, bartenders, bussers, scullery, and banquet captains. We service all types of events in the greater Southern California area with a focus on excellent customer service and hospitality. Our clients’ enjoyment and their guests’ positive experience at their event is what drives us to succeed.

 
 

WAIT STAFF

Wait staff can assist with tasks such as setting tables; tray-passing drinks and appetizers; maintaining buffet stations; running food from food trucks; serving plated meals; pouring water, wine, and champagne tableside; setting up dessert and coffee stations; cutting and serving cake; and more.

BARTENDERS

You provide the beverages, mixers, ice, and garnishes, and our licensed bartenders will set up your full-service bar, continually serve guests throughout your event, monitor guest consumption of alcohol, maintain the cleanliness of the bar, and breakdown at the end of the event. Bar, glassware, and ice tubs are not included.

SCULLERY

Our scullery staff will assist wait staff with clearing tables; removing trash; scraping and re-racking rental plates, utensils, and glassware; wiping down tables; sweeping and mopping kitchens if required by your venue; and maintaining a clean event environment integral to your guests’ experience.
