So Smitten Events content creators take behind-the-scenes photos and videos at your wedding, and combine them with social media to make candid, fun, quick, and creative videos for you to post on your socials. This popular service captures the fun shenanigans of your special day, and provides the instant gratification of sharing wedding content with your friends and family within days. Rest assured that our creators are stealthy and will stay out of the way of your professional wedding photo/video teams, all while capturing the content that you requested in your planning meeting.

BASE CONTENT CREATION PACKAGE | $2,299

MEETINGS

One consultation meeting 2-4 weeks prior to wedding:

  • Meet your assigned Content Creator

  • Chat about overall expectations

  • Let them know all about your vision

  • Discuss specific videos/trends that you want to be captured

  • Finalize a timeline and shot list

 

DAY-OF COVERAGE

  • (8) hours of consecutive coverage

  • (1) So Smitten content creator with iPhone 15 and ambient lighting for evening shooting

  • Travel fees, per diem, and a vendor meal may be required based on location and final timeline

  • Microphones for audio are not included. This footage is not intended to replace a professional videographer.

 

DELIVERABLES

  • The raw, unedited content will be delivered within 24 hours of the wedding via an online gallery.

  • Any trend videos specifically requested in the consultation meeting will be part of the initial delivery.

  • (2) short form videos/Reels (up to 1 minute each) will be delivered within 72 hours of the wedding.

  • (1) 1-2 minute recap/highlights video of the event will be delivered within 72 hours of the wedding.

  • Your online gallery will close after 60 days, so clients must download content within that time.

 

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

  • Osmo Pocket 3 Camera usage - 4K video (in addition to iPhone 15): +$200

  • Additional hours of wedding day coverage: +$250/hour

  • Additional edited videos: +$250/each (up to 2 minutes per video)

  • Second content creator: +$200/hour (must work the same consecutive hours as the lead Content Creator)

  • Additional event coverage (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, etc.) with one recap/highlights video of the event: $300/hour (3 hour minimum, travel fees may apply)
